Dede Moser

Dédé Moser was born in Switzerland and is one of Europe's most prominent cat artists. Her paintings and sculptures are displayed everywhere in the world.

She studied etching and lithography at the atelier of Augusto Sartori. She is Ambassador of the Gatti Magici of Roma, an association created with the idea to diffuse the culture of the cat through art and civilization. Dédé has created many calendars, postcards, greeting cards and books. Her original small edition lithographs and etchings are always hand colored by the artist. She creates magnificent bronze sculpture at the Perseo foundry in Switzerland where the Salvador Dali sculptures were cast.

She paints using oil technique in such a light way that you first think these are watercolor paintings. There is a certain air in the eyes of the animals that make them look alive. You can expect them to start meowing and jump off the canvas.
